BUY MOTORHOME SEMI-INTEGRATED WITH TOP EQUIPMENT

Germany is the land of motorhomes and caravans. You want to use the advantages of independent and all-time mobile travel for your next vacation? Be sure to pay attention to the four different body types beforehand when buying a motorhome. Thus, in addition to fully integrated motorhomes, there is also, among other things, the motorhome partially integrated. Depending on how and with whom you want to go on WoMo tour. Here, one or the other type of construction is more suitable. In the following, we present the type of motorhome semi-integrated (TEI) with top equipment. With all its advantages and special features.

BUY SEMI-INTEGRATED MOTORHOMES

Before you buy a motorhome semi-integrated, here we write about the vehicle features. What distinguishes the semi-integrated motorhomes from a fully integrated vehicle, an alcove motorhome and a monocoque motorhome is, first of all, the cab. To do this, you first need to know that the chassis of a motorhome is mostly constructed on the basis of a van. With us you can buy cheap motorhomes exclusively Citroën and optionally Fiat-based.

Motorhomes that are partially integrated are defined by the chassis, which is retained from the standard cab and then extended by the built-up living space cabin. Partially integrated motorhomes, just like some alcove models, have a driver’s cab that can be integrated into the living area outside of driving hours. This means that the driver’s and front passenger’s seats can be swiveled to form the seating group, together with a table and bench seat in the rear, if required. This arrangement is known in the trade as a semi-dinette.

One of the great advantages of a semi-integrated mobile is the resulting extension of the living space around the driver’s cabin, which brings an increase in space and comfort.

Compared to fully integrated models, the models of the type motorhome partially integrated are much cheaper. The price advantage comes precisely because the cab remains standard and does not have to be completely rebuilt. Depending on how you have the vehicle configured, the price increases.

CHASSIS: FAVORABLE PRICE DUE TO SPECIAL CHASSIS BASE

The fact that semi-integrated motorhomes are so inexpensive is therefore due to the standard vehicle base. For TI models, we use a Citroën chassis or a Fiat chassis as such, onto which the body is attached at the rear. The chassis houses the necessary components, such as seats, engine, transmission, etc.

INSULATION: HOW TO KEEP WARM IN YOUR MOTORHOME

On the subject of heat, the following is good to know about the semi-integrated motorhome: In the driver’s cab, as in a conventional car, there is also a heater that ensures pleasant temperatures in the driver’s cab during the journey and also releases its heat into the living area through ventilation slots. When the vehicle is stationary, a Truma heater in the rear provides sufficient heat if desired. This can be set to heat either the living area cabin only or the rear and driver’s cab.

To insulate your motorhome even better, thermal mats are useful. These can be used in both summer and winter: In summer they keep the heat out, in winter the cold. The thermal mats are attached to the driver’s window from the inside using suction cups. Alternatively, our models can also be insulated by means of a curtain: this is either stretched from the B-pillar over the driver’s window or, in some cases, from B-pillar to B-pillar. With the right precautions, a semi-integrated motorhome can also be used as a model for winter camping.

EQUIPMENT IN SEMI-INTEGRATED MOTORHOMES: THE BEDS

If you are thinking of buying a motorhome semi-integrated, then look at the equipment also the different sleeping options and consider which of them is best suited for your purposes.

For example, the TI version of a motorhome comes either with a drop-down lift bed hanging under the ceiling or without a lift bed. However, the type of bed equipment does not affect the type of vehicle roof on our TI models; this is the same height on all of our TI vehicles.

Thus, both semi-integrated motorhomes without a lift bed and TI motorhomes with a lift bed have advantageous aerodynamics. As a result, they are particularly fuel-efficient and are in a similar price segment to alcove motorhomes. Motorhomes without a lift bed, for example, have a double bed in the rear as a sleeping area.

In addition, we have from EMR-Campers, your dealer for affordable motorhomes from Stuttgart, but also TI versions with single beds or queen beds that can be pushed together in the offer. Configure your top motorhome according to your wishes!

WHO ARE MOTORHOMES THAT ARE SEMI-INTEGRATED SUITABLE FOR?

You should buy a semi-integrated motorhome without a lift bed if you know that you will mainly be traveling in the vehicle as a couple, sleeping in it only as a couple and only occasionally taking other travelers along on trips.

Overall, TI-Mobiles are considered a couple’s vehicle. The small niche above the driver’s cab does not serve the purpose of a sleeping niche, but provides the cab with standing height. If there is a lift bed in addition to single beds, queen bed, etc. in the living area, but also more than 2 people find room to sleep and live.

If you have come across EMR-Campers during your dealer search, you are guaranteed to discover the right motorhome for your purposes: at EMR you will find motorhomes for 1 to 7 people, divided according to the number of sleeping berths and number of seats. Here you can buy your motorhome partially integrated, completely tailored to your needs.
